Held at the Jubilee Grounds in New Centerville, PA.

Pure Stock Class Tractor Pull - Western Style
Classes:
4,500 lbs.
5,500 lbs.
6,500 lbs.
7,500 lbs.
9,500 lbs.
11,500 lbs.
13,500 lbs.

Open Class (Jubilee Only) Sunday at noon

  1. Drivers must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on and off the track.
  2. Drivers must be with their tractors and in line while their class is being pulled
  3. The drawbar cannot be more than 20 inches from the ground, from a stationary point. The hitch cannot move more than 1 inch up or down.
  4. There must be a 3 inch hole in the clevis or drawbar to accept the 3 inch hook on the sled.  The back of the hitch must be less than 3 inches.
  5. All drivers must have a 3/4 inch pin or larger to adapt to the clevis, hitch or tractor.
  6. Tractors must meet the approval of pulling track officials.
  7. NO modification of chassis.
  8. NO modifications to engine of any kind.
  9. NO duals or chains
  10. Rims must be factory stock.
  11. Tires can be one size over factory size and must meet the approval of pulling officials.  No dish wheels, unless they are from factory.  NO ALUMINUM WHEELS!  NO DOUBLE CUT TIRES!
  12. Four wheel drive tractors can pull, but front wheels must be in neutral or any assists that would power the front wheels.
  13. Tractors must have original shields and guards in place and factory sheet metal.
  14. Each tractor can weigh in 2 times, after that there is a $5.00 charge for each weigh in.
  15. Three point hitches must be anchored down if being pulled by it.  Any visual assist on this type of hitch will give the driver an automatic disqualification.
  16. Weights must be bolted, chained in place, etc.  Any weights or parts being lost while on the pulling track will disqualify the driver.
  17. NO weight frame or weight may be extended by more than 24 inches beyond the front of the tractor.
  18. Any jerking of the sled, hot rodding tractor in pit or pit area will disqualify the driver and tractor.
  19. Judges will inspect all tractors to determine if all tractors are safe and will be checked for modifications that are illegal.
  20. Judges will decide what class tractors will pull in.
  21. Tractors must stay within marked boundaries.
  22. All vehicles while being hitched and unhitched will be in part, neutral or with the engine shut off.  Driver will have both hands in the air to signal hitcher for safety.
  23. NO one on the track except the track officials and the puller.
  24. NO loss of liquid on the track.
  25. NO alcoholic beverages of any kind on the grounds.
  26. Judges have the right to stop and disqualify any tractor if it is not being operated in a manner that would be considered as safe.
  27. Arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct toward pulling track officials is cause for disqualification of both the driver and tractor for the day.
  28. If there is any protest, the pulling track officials will decide if it is a legitimate complaint. (Example: engine modifications and etc.)  If the pulling track officials decide it is a legitimate complaint, the protested tractor will be disqualified.
  29. Classes 4,500 thru 7,500 lbs. must pull in FIRST gear only.  Classes 9,500 thru 18,500 lbs. can pull in any gear, but no shift while pull is being made.
  30. Judges have the option to re-pull all first pullers.
  31. The decisions by the track pulling officials are FINAL.
  32. NO weights can be changed while on the track.
  33. The flagman will determine the pace.
  34. Tractor must have working P.T.O.
  35. NO jumping up & down or leaning back over tractor seat.
  36. All tractors must be equipped with original style hood or grill.
  37. PROTESTS MUST BE MADE BY COMPETITOR OF THAT CLASS AND BROUGHT TO TRACK OFFICIALS, NOT THE ANNOUNCER STAND OR REGISTRATION BOOTH!
  38. Driver pulling pure stock cannot pull stock or hot stock classes.
  39. Any disqualifications on first pull bars second attempt.
  40. Minimum drawbar length 18 inches from center of rear wheels to point of hook.  Drawbar must be stationary in all directions, not over 20 inches from top of hitch, parallel to the ground.
  41. Top 4 tractors subject to inspection.

  1. Each driver has 50 feet to decide to make a re-pull.
  2. Drivers must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on and off the track.
  3. Drivers must be with their tractors and in line while their class is being pulled
  4. The drawbar cannot be more than 20 inches from the ground, from a stationary point. The hitch cannot move more than 1 inch up or down.
  5. There must be a 3 inch hole in the clevis or drawbar to accept the 3 inch hook on the sled.  The back of the hitch must be less than 3 inches.

  37. Block must be same as manufacturer of tractor.  Must use OEM head.  Tractor identifications must be by actual transmission, rear end and chassis, not by decal or sheet metal.
  38. All engine fans must be shrouded with steel 1/16 inch or thicker, 360 degrees of factory.
  39. Turbochargers must be under hood.  Maximum turbocharger size 3 x 3 inlet bore at the compressor wheel or restrictor plate ¼ thick with a hole no larger than 3” in diameter within 2” of compressor wheel. Compressor wheel must extend into throat of housing.
  40. Maximum 540 cubic inches on turbocharged diesels.
  41. Intercoolers and water injection allowed.
  42. Injection pump size and type must be the make for the tractor.  A pump maximum.
  43. Fire extinguishers required.  A 2-1/2 lb. dry chemical or halon type must be used.
  44. All tractors operating at or over 3,000 RPM’s will require the following:
    A.) Flywheel protection in the form of either a scatter blanket or 4” x 3/8” steel around the flywheel area.
    B.) Air Shutoff.
    C.) Side shields .060 thicknesses.
  45. Wheelie bars must support weight of tractor – this is mandatory
  46. Maximum tire width is to be 24.5 inches.
  47. Driver must wear shirt, heavy shoes and long pants.  A helmet is required and a fire suit is highly recommended.
  48. Driver pulling Hot Stock cannot pull Pure Stock or Stock
  49. Top 4 tractors subject to inspection.
